 Kaye Bonilla is a Las Vegas–based healthcare professional and entrepreneur recognized for her mission to bridge the healthcare gap through compassion, connection, and operational excellence.

Her journey began in direct patient care as a Medical Assistant and Lab Assistant, later expanding into the administrative side of healthcare as a Medical Biller. With certifications in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration, Kaye brings a unique understanding of how clinical care, business operations, and community engagement intersect to create better outcomes for patients and providers alike.

She currently serves as Managing Partner at Aura Hospice and Business Development Director at Blue Angels Home Care, where she leads outreach, growth, and strategic partnerships to support seniors and families across Nevada.

As the founder of HealthOps Alliance, Kaye helps healthcare providers, startups, and community organizations strengthen their operations, grow their referral networks, and deliver sustainable, patient-centered care.

In 2025, she was honored with the Community Advocate “Bridging the Community” Award at the Women and Leadership Excellence Awards, hosted by Vegas Healthcare and Las Vegas HEALS, in recognition of her leadership and impact within the healthcare community.
