Kaye Bonilla is the Founder of HealthOps Alliance, a Las Vegas-based healthcare operations professional and entrepreneur focused on helping healthcare practices and businesses operate more efficiently.
Her career began in direct patient care as a Medical Assistant and Lab Assistant before transitioning into healthcare administration and medical billing. This hands-on experience gives Kaye a unique understanding of both the clinical and business sides of healthcare.
Today, she works alongside healthcare providers, practices, startups, and business owners to streamline operations, strengthen workflows, improve administrative systems, and support sustainable growth.
