HIPAA / BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT

HealthOps Alliance provides healthcare operations, medical billing, and administrative support services that may involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI).

When HealthOps Alliance performs services that qualify it as a Business Associate under HIPAA, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed with the applicable client as required by law.

HealthOps Alliance maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect PHI and supports applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements within the scope of the services provided.

Clients should not submit PHI through general website contact forms or standard email unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.
